-Medical secretary to the Department assigned;
-Screening telephone call, inquiries and handling them when appropriate;
-Type memos, letter, duty rotas, and any other related correspondence of the Department;
-Manage/process work related requests by the staff in the department i.e. material requests, vacation leave, overtime, etc.;
-Organizing and attending department committee meetings as well as taking minutes;
-Familiar with quality and cbahi standard
Qualifications
-College Graduate
-Two years experience as Medical Secretary
-Can Type 40-50 wpm
-Computer Literate
-Good knowledge in Medical Terminology
-Fluency in written and spoken English
-Pleasing Personality.
