Reports To: Operation Manager, Pest Control & Fumigation Services
Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive will work with the Pest Control Operation Manager to develop new business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients; prepare proposals and quotations for pest control services & products and negotiate and win contracts.
Key Tasks: The following specific responsibilities must be carried out;
• Respond efficiently to enquiries for pest control products & services and respond with appropriate information about pest control products & services.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells pest control products & services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of pest control services & products.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product & services improvements or new products and/or services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of pest control services & products for potential clients, in liaison with Pest Control Operation Manager.
• Develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market; demand, competition and prices.
Education and Experience Requirements
Essentials
• A degree (BBA / MBA). Subject of Biology in SSC & HSSC will be a preference
Or B. Sc with Botany or Zoology subject
• Demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, presentation skills, gaining commitment, negotiation)
• Skill in taking independent action and being a self-starter.
• Skill in written and verbal communication
• Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service
• Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal Supervision.
• Motivation for Sales & meeting Sales Goals
• Transferable Iqama
• Saudi Valid Driving License
Preferences
• Pest Control sales & operation experience
• Knowledge of the pest management & Fumigation industry.
